Under the standard rate, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. For cancellations made within the last 7 days, 50% of the total reservation value will be charged. Different terms may apply to certain special offers; these will be clearly stated before the reservation is confirmed.
The check-in time is stated in your booking confirmation, and arrival must be arranged no later than 10 PM. Check-out is by 10 AM. If you require a special arrangement regarding your arrival, please contact the reception in advance.
Caffe Bar Bela Reka operates within the complex. The main restaurant is currently not in operation, and the apartments have kitchenettes for preparing simple meals. Current information about food and beverage options is available at the reception.
Brzeće is located on the eastern side of Kopaonik, at an altitude of approximately 1,100 metres. The resort is connected to the Kopaonik ski centre by the Brzeće–Mali Karaman gondola.
Yes. Brzeće is a tourist resort on Kopaonik, but it is not the same as the central resort area at the top of the mountain. It is connected to the ski centre by the gondola and by road.
Brzeće is approximately 17 km by road from the central part of Kopaonik. For skiers, it is particularly convenient because the ski area can be accessed directly from Brzeće by gondola, without the need to drive to the centre every day.
Brzeće offers accommodation, restaurants and cafés, shops, ski rental services, a ski school, and other facilities needed during your stay. The atmosphere is quieter and less urban than in the central part of Kopaonik.
No. If you use the Brzeće–Mali Karaman gondola, you can access the Kopaonik ski area directly from Brzeće. The gondola's departure station is within walking distance from Bela Reka.

No. The Junior ski slope in Brzeće operates as a separate ski area, with its own ski pass and conditions. The Ski Resorts of Serbia ski pass applies to the Kopaonik ski system and the Brzeće–Mali Karaman gondola, depending on the type of pass purchased.
When the Bela Reka ski slopes are open and safe for use, it is possible to ski back down towards Brzeće. However, these slopes are not guaranteed to be open throughout the entire season, so their current status should be checked via the official Ski Resorts of Serbia ski information service. For a reliable return to Brzeće, the gondola can be used while it is operating.
Gondola operations depend on the season, weather conditions, wind, and decisions made by the ski resort operator. Before setting out, we recommend checking the current status of the gondola and ski slopes with Ski Resorts of Serbia.
If the gondola is temporarily out of service due to wind, weather, or technical conditions, the ski centre can still be reached by road. We recommend checking the gondola status before heading out for skiing.
Yes. Near Hotel Junior in Brzeće, there is a separate ski slope approximately 400 m long, intended primarily for beginners and children. The slope has its own ski lift and snowmaking system and operates independently from the Kopaonik ski system.

The exact check-in time is stated in your booking confirmation. Bela Reka’s central reception is available to assist with your arrival and apartment check-in.
If you expect to arrive later in the evening, please inform reception in advance. Regular reception hours are until 10:00 PM, so late arrivals must be arranged separately.
If you are staying at Bela Reka, you can leave your car in the complex parking area and walk approximately 200 metres to the gondola departure station.
For skiing, a car is generally not necessary, as the gondola is within walking distance. A car is useful if you would like to visit central Kopaonik, nearby places, and attractions outside Brzeće.

Metođe is a nature reserve and a well-known traditional pilgrimage site in Kopaonik National Park, located in the Brzeće River valley. A marked hiking trail leads to the site through the surrounding natural landscape.
Jelovarnik Waterfall is located on the southeastern side of Kopaonik National Park, above the Brzeće area. It can be reached via Mramor, with the final section of the route continuing on foot along a hiking trail through the protected area.
Yes. Kopaonik National Park has a network of marked hiking trails of varying difficulty, including routes to Metođe, Jelovarnik, Nebeske Stolice, Markov Kamen, and other sites.
